| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept all major credit card payments. We do take full payment for backordered items. You will be notified by email that some items have been placed on back order. If you do not wish to wait for back ordered items you may cancel these items only and a refund will be issued or you may substitute these items by calling our helpdesk or sending an email. You may send your credit card information over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. On your first purchase, an account will be set up for your convenience. No credit card details will be held on our system. Your invoice and delivery address will automatically be entered upon entering check out, you will still need to enter your card details in the HSBC secure e-payments site. |
| Shipping And Handling All goods are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcel delivery. Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be shipped same day. If you require next day delivery on your order you must contact our office via email of telephone and place this before 3pm ( there will be a charge for this service). Otherwise the order will ship normal post, this normally takes 1-2 working days but this cannot be guaranteed. |
